Key Responsibilities: - Develop solutions, services, components, and SDKs used globally - Collaborate closely with the team and provide clear and accurate reports to management - Mentor and train less experienced engineers - Make recommendations on architecture, technology selection, and cloud-based services - Troubleshoot, test, and validate software issues with urgency while maintaining comprehensive documentation - Research and learn new technologies to enhance our solutions - Maintain existing legacy .NET MVC solutions - Create reliable, scalable, and maintainable modern solutions efficiently Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience in designing and developing modern cloud-based solutions or maintaining existing software applications - 3+ years of experience in .NET, C#, SQL, and related Microsoft stack technologies - 2+ years of experience in Python and related technologies - 2+ years of working knowledge of Azure (AWS or GCP experience is a plus) - Familiarity with Visual Studio or VS Code IDE - Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently in a high-paced team environment - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Self-motivated with a sense of urgency to deliver high-quality solutions and receive feedback - Enjoys rapidly learning new programming languages and technologies to create innovative solutions Preferred Skills & Experience: - Experience in developing Generative AI solutions using cloud-based services such as Azure Open AI, AWS Bedrock, or GCP Vertex AI, and various AI frameworks - Agentic AI experience - Familiarity with AI development tools and models like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.,
