Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Platform Operations Executive located on-site in Hyderabad. The Platform Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Boon.ai platform, ensuring smooth and efficient functionality. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, handling customer queries, coordinating with technical teams, and implementing operational improvements. The role also involves executing operational strategies to enhance user experience and ensure platform security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in platform operations, system monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with AI and ML technologies
• Experience in the recruitment industry or similar fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
