Platform Engineering Lead

Role Overview: You will be joining a global investment and technology-driven organization as an engineering lead in the Platform Engineering team. Your main focus will be on software development while also having a deep understanding of networking technologies. Your role will involve contributing to infrastructure automation and ensuring systems performance at scale. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and manage network automation infrastructure. - Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to enhance efficiency, observability, and configurability in network operations. - Research and assess new technologies for infrastructure modernization. - Develop tools, scripts, and applications primarily using Python, Golang, and Java for automation and operational support. - Conduct diagnostics and advanced troubleshooting in Linux environments. - Lead complete software project lifecycles from requirement gathering to deployment. - Enhance or upgrade existing infrastructure to boost performance and stability. - Offer tier 2/3 operational support and actively participate in engineering project delivery. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. - Minimum of 3 years of hands-on software development experience, preferably in infrastructure or networking domains. - Proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages: Python, Golang, Java. - Understanding of the software development lifecycle and CI/CD processes.,
