Platform and Regulatory Oversight Manager
In This Role, You Will
- Manage through oversight, maintenance of associated regulatory development frameworks and a continued close alignment with Regulatory Compliance colleagues for ongoing assessment and implementation of regulatory development activity.
- Management of activities required to meet regulatory obligations, such as Liens and Costs & Charges Ex Ante production, Failed Trade Oversight Framework, Sanctions Management, Best Execution and others.
- Provide oversight and maintain robust control frameworks under which Product Management & Governance team perform activities linked to material risks.
- Management of continuous monitoring of these controls, assessing their ongoing effectiveness, working with colleagues to address any weaknesses and tracking against agreed action plans, acting as Control Delegate at necessary fora.
- Support in defining and providing oversight in respect of outcomes management
- Provide assurance activity through monitoring of framework through established Controls.
- Foster and maintain positive and mutually respectful internal business relationships, specifically those with wider Consumer Duty stakeholders across Vulnerability Oversight and Supported Banking team.
To Be Successful, You Will
- 8-12 years of experience is required
- Masters & Bachelors degree is must
- Should have wealth management,governance forum,investment banking experience
- Experience into product management,portfolio management,private banking
- Understanding of the broad range of products and services
