They have successfully developed more than 1500 products. They offer a full range of precision injection molding technologies including insert & over-molding utilizing state-of-the art equipment. They have facilities & experienced man-power process for all type engineering plastic materials including high temperature materials like PEEK, PPS, PPA, PEI, Nylon 46 etc. They follow a PPAP method assuring adherence to quality process & delivering quality products , for Just-in-time delivery requirements.

• Diploma In Tool & Die Making from reputed Tool Room &Training institute
• 10+years of work experience in Quotation, Mold Design & Developments for plastic parts.

Preferred Software Proficiency:

• UG-NX11&NX1973
• Auto Cad
• SolidWorks2009
• Moldex-3

Job Profile

• Quotation of Mold & Plastic Components & Lead Quotation Team.
• Preparing quotation , for Tool & Part , tooling cost breakdown, cost analysis

& MFA Report.

• Feasibility study for easy manufacturing Process.
• Study feasibility & Interact with Customers & discuss part Feasibility & Mold design
• Take responsibility of part feasibility , DFM, Mold Costing , Estimation, Project Handling & Costing documentation
• Vendor follow up & part Development & Mold validation , 3D Modeling, Assembling, Drafting & Manufacturing.
• Sound knowledge of plastic materials & their properties,
• Efficient in making concept drawing, Time Line Preparation & process planning.
• Development in tools, Jigs & fixtures & products.
• Negotiating on part, Tooling cost delivery with Suppliers & customers.
• Identifying new/alternate source, supplier for product & raw material.

Responsibility

• Participating in customer meetings to conduct product development analysis & address the concerns or challenges.
• Development in existing tools & products.
• Monitoring project status plan vs actual.
• Follow up with the vendor on new product development activities & fix any concerns discovered during the analysis & taking corrective action right away
• Cost Negotiation with supplier.
• Propose & implement product & process improvements to fulfill customer

requirement.

• Attending tool trials & making trial Observation reports for correction & improvement.
• Technical consulting & support technical to project management, design, manufacturing department & commercially to sales & Purchase team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities.
• New product Design, Coordinating with customers for understanding

their technical requirements.

• Mold design, BOM making for injection molded components.
• Shop floor handling & managing the operation for new mold

making, mold modification & mold maintenance.

• Ensure the process compliance by monitoring processes,

defects identification & resolving the problems for final scale up

• Attend review meetings of designs & engineering changes.

• Do you have complete knowledge of the tryout procedure & evaluate if the mold function works well including injection system, ejection system and side cores system and so on ?
