Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plastic Injection Moulding Production Supervisor located in Chennai. The Production Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the production team, create and manage production schedules, and ensure that production targets are met efficiently. Additional responsibilities include maintaining production standards, handling production planning, and ensuring effective communication within the team and stakeholders. The Supervisor will also be expected to maintain quality and safety standards within the production environment.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills to manage and guide production teams effectively
• Experience in creating and managing Production Schedules and handling Production Planning
• Strong Communication skills to facilitate clear and effective interaction between team members and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Production Management to ensure smooth and efficient production processes
• Relevant qualifications in manufacturing or a related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site production environment
• Prior experience in the plastic injection molding industry is required
• Mould loading and unloading, process knowledge is required
