Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating

    single screw

    and

    double screw

    extrusion machines
  • Managing production of plastic granules with consistent quality
  • Monitoring machine parameters, temperatures, and output
  • Handling material mixing, feeding, and process optimization
  • Ensuring proper maintenance and troubleshooting of machines
  • Maintaining production logs and ensuring smooth workflow

  • Polymer Expertise Required

    Candidate must have strong hands-on experience with:

    • PP (Polypropylene)

    • PPCP

    • HDPE (High Density Polyethylene)

    • LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene)

    • ABS

    • Nylon

    • PVC

    Experience

    • Minimum

      7 years

      of experience in plastic granule production or extrusion operations.
