We are a packaged Snack Food company. Our office is at Tughalkabad Village, New Delhi.

We have vacancy for Plant Supervisor.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers
• Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions
• Enforce safety and sanitation regulations
• Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the production or processing of goods
• Set and monitor product standards, examining samples of raw products or directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality
• Initiate and coordinate inventory and cost control programs
• Recommend or implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency
• Conduct employee training in equipment operations or work and safety procedures
• Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems
• Prepare and maintain production reports and records.
• They schedule shifts, assign duties, and monitor performance, ensuring all team members are contributing to the success of the plant.
• Their role also involves coordinating with other departments like procurement and logistics to ensure the plant has all the necessary materials and resources for smooth operation.
• Experience in conflict resolution to handle employee disputes and workplace issues effectively.

Experience: Minimum three years experience in the relevant field.

Shift : Day shift

Timing: 8AM to 8PM

Salary: 20k to 30k

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
