Job Description

Job Summary

Lead end-to-end AAC block operations to achieve daily production, consistent quality, low downtime, and dispatch readiness with strong shopfloor discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Own daily production plan (m output, SKU mix) and execute batching pouring cutting autoclave stacking.
Ensure process control: slurry consistency, cutting accuracy, autoclave cycle discipline, handling SOPs.
Drive quality compliance with QC: density, dimensions, strength sampling, rejection control.
Reduce breakage/damage in yard & during loading through SOPs, training and supervision.
Coordinate preventive maintenance and breakdown response with mech/electrical teams; ensure downtime logs + RCA.
Manage manpower: shift deployment, attendance discipline, training, contractor/labour control.
Track consumption & yield: fly ash, cement, lime, aluminium; variance vs standard; wastage control.
Enforce safety (PPE, boiler/autoclave safety checks, incident reporting).
Daily reporting: production, downtime, quality, dispatch status, manpower.
