Plant Operator Trainee

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Ensure proper cleaning of plant floors and equipment in accordance with GMP and color coding standards. Support in maintaining optimal process parameters including temperature, pressure, flow rates, and vacuum conditions. Assist in preventive maintenance, oiling, and greasing of plant machinery as per maintenance schedules. Adhere to all safety protocols including proper use of PPEs and follow plant hygiene and allergen control practices. Maintain basic production records and fill shift logs as directed by the supervisor. Support in activities such as loading/unloading, packaging, and labeling. Participate in on-the-job training sessions to learn plant processes and gain hands-on experience. Report any equipment irregularities, safety issues, or process deviations to supervisors promptly. Assist in implementation of HACCP, GMP, and food safety policies across operations. Cooperate with internal teams including maintenance, quality control, and warehouse when required.
