Plant Nursery & Growth Specialist

• Manage and supervise day-to-day operations of the plant nursery and agricultural activities.
• Ensure proper care, growth, and maintenance of plants, saplings, and crops.
• Develop and implement best practices for soil management, irrigation, pest control, and fertilization.
• Introduce modern agricultural techniques to improve plant health, survival rate, and productivity.
• Plan and execute seasonal plantation programs.
• Conduct regular monitoring of plant growth and provide solutions for issues related to diseases or poor growth.
• Train and guide workers/assistants in nursery management and agricultural practices.
• Maintain records of plant varieties, growth cycles, and productivity data.
• Ensure cost-effective and sustainable nursery operations.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of horticulture, nursery techniques, and crop care.
• Understanding of soil science, fertilizers, irrigation, and pest/disease management.
• Ability to identify plant diseases and implement corrective measures.
• Good planning and organizational skills.
• Practical hands-on approach with leadership to manage nursery staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
