Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Create and modify 2D/3D models using Siemens NX CAD software
Develop tooling concepts for CNC/VMC machines and ensure manufacturability
Collaborate with production teams to align designs with shop-floor capabilities
Oversee tool selection and process optimization
Program and troubleshoot CNC machines (Fanuc, Mitsubishi, etc.)
Utilize Siemens NX or equivalent CAM software for programming and process planning
Manage production targets, quality, and shop floor discipline
Mentor and train technical staff& responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 5 or more years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in a heavy engineering or automotive setup.
Hands-on experience with CNC programming, CNC/VMC operations, and tool selection for minimize machining process time.
Prior exposure to Siemens NX or similar CAM software for manufacturing process planning and CNC programming.
Deep knowledge of CNC machining, programming (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.), and tool selection for various operations.
Proficient in Siemens NX (or equivalent) for CAD/CAM programming, process optimization, and toolpath generation.
Manage manpower allocation, shift planning, and team supervision
Knowledge of other related fabrication machines like welding. joining , laser, bending etc.
Knowledge of woodworking machine as an additional advantage

Required Skills

Proficiency in Siemens NX (CAD/CAM/CAE modules)
Strong understanding of machine tooling, CNC/VMC operations and other fabrication machine
Experience in production planning and plant supervision
Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills
Knowledge of GD&T, material selection, and manufacturing processes
