Plant Maintenance Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Plant & Maintenance Engineer with hands-on experience in preventive and post-breakdown maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.

Educational Qualification:
Candidates with any of the following are eligible:

• Electrical Diploma + B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• Mechanical Diploma + B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
• Electrical Diploma + B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
• Mechanical Diploma + B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and execute preventive and post-breakdown maintenance of plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for repairs and installations.
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Skills & Experience:

• Knowledge of industrial electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• 0–5 years of experience in plant or industrial maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
