Job Description

  • Lead the teams as the Plant Head for thread manufacturing
  • Work with one of the largest players in India


Key responsibilities include

  • Overseeing thread manufacturing operations and management of various processes like S&T, CF Twisting, Dyehouse, Final Winding, etc
  • Maintenance & Admin operations with a view to maintaining EHS & compliance requirements
  • Ensuring product quality, delivery of optimum customer service and cost reductions
  • Improving overall technical knowledge for employees through leadership, training and development of the Production team
  • Stakeholder management: Interacting with global teams for operational excellence

The Successful Applicant


We are looking for candidates with:

  • Relevant educational qualifications (Graduation or higher) in operations (BE/MBA or equivalent)
  • Extensive experience in Spinning and Twisting operations
  • Fluency in English and Tamil
  • Excellent communication skills
