Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Lead and manage day-to-day plant operations across production, machinery, processing, and packaging departments.
Drive continuous improvement in production output, quality standards, and cost-efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements and knowledge of audit.
Develop and implement systems to monitor and optimize productivity, performance metrics, and asset utilization.
Oversee production planning, schedules, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment related to exports.
Monitor, test, and enhance plant processes for operational excellence.
Prepare and manage budgets, control operational costs, and explore cost-reduction opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile:

Bachelors degree (Engineering or related field preferred)

MBA preferred

Minimum 8-10 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills

Fluent in English and Hindi.
