Plant Head PEVA Shower Curtain

As the Plant Operations Manager for PEVA shower curtain production at Mittal Internationals, your key responsibilities will include: - Leading plant operations for PEVA shower curtain production, as well as managing related downstream processes such as extrusion, printing, lamination, and finishing. - Managing a growing team that includes a plant supervisor, operators, and helpers. - Taking full ownership of production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as output, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), maintenance, cost efficiency, quality control, and safety. - Collaborating with Mittal Internationals leadership team on expansion initiatives, hiring processes, raw material planning, and compliance requirements. - Setting up Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for shift operations, preventive maintenance, process troubleshooting, and productivity improvement. - Ensuring timely reporting, conducting audits, and maintaining adherence to export quality standards. The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications: - Extensive experience in plastic films manufacturing, particularly in PEVA, EVA, BOPP, CPP, or similar materials. - A proven track record of independently managing plant operations or acting as a senior production leader. - Strong understanding of PEVA cast film extrusion, thermoforming processes, and familiarity with related machinery. - Leadership experience in managing teams, planning production schedules, and coordinating with cross-functional departments. - Comfortable with reporting to executive management and driving long-term growth of the plant. Preferred qualifications for this position include: - A Diploma or Degree in Polymer Science, Plastic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Production Engineering. - Hands-on experience with SAP or similar production planning systems would be considered a plus.,
