Plant Head - OSD

• Production Management: Oversee daily operations, develop and implement production schedules, and ensure smooth, efficient production processes to meet targets.
• Quality and Compliance: Maintain high standards of quality, ensuring adherence to GMP and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, WHO). Monitor and control quality inspection.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage supervisors and employees, conduct performance evaluations, and provide coaching and guidance.
• Financial Management: Manage plant budgets, control costs, optimize resource allocation, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Safety and Environment: Ensure plant safety programs are in place and that the facility operates in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Process Improvement: Identify and execute process improvement initiatives, and stay up-to-date on the latest production trends and technology.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with other departments (such as Quality, Stores, Purchase, Maintenance) to ensure seamless operations.
• Reporting: Prepare and present operational and performance reports to senior management.
