CCR (Continuous casting and rolling) plant management

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage

  foundry operations

  , including brass melting, furnace handling, die-casting, and machining activities.
• Ensure smooth production and achieve daily and monthly output targets as per the production plan.
• Oversee

  furnace operations

  , ensuring optimum melting efficiency, temperature control, safety, and preventive maintenance.
• Manage and monitor

  CCR (Continuous casting and rolling) plant operations

  , ensuring continuous supervision of critical processes, equipment health, and plant performance.
• Reduce downtime and improve equipment performance through proactive planning and monitoring.
• Optimise processes to improve yield, reduce scrap generation, and maintain high recovery rates.
• Ensure consistent casting quality, reduce rejections, and handle customer quality concerns effectively.
• Support new product and sample development with timely approvals and smooth trial execution.
• Monitor metal usage, costing, wastage levels, and overall material efficiency.
• Lead, motivate, and guide teams across foundry, CCR

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Production Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 7 to 10+ years of experience in foundry, brass casting, or die-casting operations

• Proven experience in
