Hum apni manufacturing unit ke liye ek experienced aur dynamic Plant Head ki talash mein hain, jo poore plant operations, quality, production aur team ko effectively lead kar sake. Candidate ka pharma background strong hona zaroori hai.

Key Responsibilities

• Plant ke day-to-day operations ko manage karna
• Production, QA, QC, Engineering, SCM teams ko lead karna
• cGMP, WHO, FDA aur regulatory guidelines ka 100% compliance ensure karna
• Production targets, quality standards aur cost control achieve karna
• Safety aur documentation processes ko maintain aur improve karna
• Manpower planning & team development
• Continuous improvement initiatives run karna for better efficiency

Required Skills

• Pharma manufacturing ka solid experience
• Strong leadership & decision-making ability
• GMP & regulatory compliance ka deep knowledge
• Production planning aur process optimization mein expertise
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
