Job Description

As a Planogram Executive, your primary responsibility is to deliver visually appealing versioned planograms based on store clustering, space definitions, and defined flow. You will collaborate closely with your project and team leads to ensure that the planograms meet the approved parameters. Additionally, you will continuously identify opportunities and implement processes to enhance the quality and timeliness of the output. Your functional responsibilities will include ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of tasks such as creating visually appealing versioned planograms based on store clustering and space definitions. You will conduct planogram quality control to ensure that all planograms meet assortment requirements, visual appeal, innovation opportunities, and shelving metrics. It is imperative to meet timelines by accomplishing daily goals while maintaining a balance between speed of execution and quality of service delivery. Creating an inclusive and collaborative environment, recognizing opportunities for improvement, and working towards achieving team goals are essential aspects of your role. You will also be required to gain process knowledge, build technical capabilities, and acquire category knowledge. Participation in recommended trainings and self-initiated refresher sessions to stay updated on tool dynamics and their functional applications is necessary. Developing an intermediate level of expertise in JDA, MS Excel, and other relevant applications, as well as ensuring seamless interaction and collaboration with HBS Project leads, are crucial for success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should have 1-3 years of experience in Space Planning with expertise in JDA, Retail, or FMCG industries. A Bachelor's Degree (3-4 year degree) is required. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential, with the ability to proactively communicate using appropriate methods for different situations and audiences in a clear, concise, and professional manner. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, a willingness to learn, and a logical reasoning/analytical mindset are also important attributes for this role.,
