Planogram Executive

As a Planogram executive, your role involves delivering visually appealing versioned planograms based on store clustering, space definitions, and defined flow. You will work closely with your respective project & Team leads to ensure that the planograms meet approved parameters. It is essential to continuously identify opportunities and implement processes to improve the quality and timeliness of the output. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver visually appealing versioned planograms based on store clustering, space definitions, and defined flow. - Conduct planogram quality control to ensure that all planograms meet assortment requirements, visual appeal, innovation opportunities, and shelving metrics. - Meet timelines by delivering on daily goals. - Balance speed of execution and quality of service delivery effectively. - Foster an inclusive and collaborative environment. - Recognize opportunities for improvement and take action accordingly. - Work in a team-oriented environment with a focus on achieving team goals rather than individual goals. - Gain process knowledge, build technical capabilities, and acquire category knowledge. - Undergo recommended and self-initiated refresher trainings to stay updated on tool dynamics and their functional applications. - Develop an intermediate level of expertise in JDA, MS Excel, and other relevant applications. - Interact seamlessly and collaborate closely with HBS Project leads. Qualifications: - 1-3 years of experience in Space Planning with JDA, Retail, or FMCG background. - Bachelor's Degree (3-4 year degree). - Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate proactively using appropriate methods for different situations and audiences in a clear, concise, and professional manner. - Basic level proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Willingness and ability to learn. - Logical reasoning and analytical mindset.
