Job Responsibilities"

Develop and update the
project schedule
(using MS Project or Primavera)
Allocate key resources: manpower, materials, equipment
Prepare all types of bills
Extract and verify quantities
Conduct rate analysis
Manage milestone-based billing (HAM Project)
Coordinate invoicing & payments
Resolve billing disputes

Note Required experience in HAM Projects - Align billing with HAM milestones to claim 40% EPC funding in five tranches ijsret.com

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
(Construction Management or similar also acceptable) infrajob.in+11expertia.ai+11expertia.ai+11expertia.ai+1careers.seg.org+1
37+ years of experience
in planning and billing rolespreferably in roads, highways, or HAM projects
Prior exposure to
road & bridge projects
and milestone-based payment structures under HAM

Technical Skills

Proficiency in project scheduling tools:
Primavera P6

MS Project

Strong
billing and cost management
