Project Planning & Scheduling:
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 .
Create flowcharts and checklists for site activities across disciplines to monitor quality and timelines.
Budgeting & Billing:
Assist in the preparation of budgets, variations, and extension of time (EOT) documentation.
Integrate project monitoring data with billing systems and MIS reporting tools.
Coordination & Reporting:
Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and clients to finalize requirements and specifications.
Prepare and review progress reports (MIS) on project status, material submittals, and construction milestones.
Monitoring & Quality Control:
Oversee quality parameters through flowchart monitoring systems.
Address project delays by coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with project schedules.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Ensure seamless communication between teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to achieve project goals.
Support project teams in identifying and mitigating risks related to planning and execution.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of project planning tools like MS Project and advanced Excel.
