Job Description

Role Overview:

The HO Planning Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of multiple road infrastructure projects from the Head Office. The role involves coordinating with site teams, ensuring timely reporting, and assisting in resource allocation and project progress tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Scheduling

Develop and maintain project schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera (P6).
Prepare baseline programs and update schedules based on site progress.
Identify critical paths and potential delays, and propose corrective actions.

Coordination & Communication

Act as a liaison between Head Office and site teams for planning-related matters.
Ensure timely submission of progress reports, resource plans, and cost forecasts.
Coordinate with procurement, finance, and design teams for smooth project execution.

Monitoring & Reporting

Track project progress against approved schedules and budgets.
Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for management review.
Maintain dashboards for KPIs like cost, time, and resource utilization.

Resource & Cost Management

Assist in resource planning and allocation across multiple projects.
Support cost control measures and variance analysis.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure adherence to company standards, contractual obligations, and safety norms.
Maintain proper documentation of schedules, reports, and correspondence.
