Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain construction plans and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Create and manage the project's master schedule.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and conduct regular project meetings.
• Monitor progress, identify issues, and prepare monthly delay reports.
• Forecast and track critical contracts and procurement activities.
• Utilize progress monitoring tools and software effectively.
• Review construction plans and specifications for feasibility and efficient execution.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve design and scheduling issues.
• Oversee on-site activities and adjust schedules as needed.
• Use Microsoft Project (MSP) for planning and scheduling mandatory.
• Propose mitigation strategies to address delays or other challenges.
• Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project status and upcoming activities.
