Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (Primavera P6 / MS Project) for buildings and plot infrastructure.
Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, and civil teams to ensure alignment of timelines and resource allocation.
Track daily/weekly/monthly progress and update baseline schedules accordingly.
Prepare look-ahead schedules, recovery plans, and progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor project milestones, flag delays or risks, and suggest mitigation measures.
Participate in site meetings and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
Evaluate contractor schedules and provide feedback or recommendations.
Assist in budget planning and cost/time optimization strategies.
Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and contractual timelines.
Support in project handover and close-out documentation.
