Planning Engineer - Pharma Machine Manufactuing - Ahmedabad

As a Planning Engineer at Pharma Machine Manufacturing, your role involves planning and coordinating various aspects related to Pharma Machines and other types of Machines. Your responsibilities include: - Planning of Pharma Machines such as Injectable dry powder and liquid filling, as well as other types of Machines like washing, sealing, capping, and labeling. - Utilizing ERP system for machine planning based on work order requirements. - Implementing Inventory Control for efficient machine planning. - Coordinating with the machine and fabrication shop to meet the requirements. - Ensuring the maintenance of high-quality machines and components according to company standards. - Creating costing sheets for individual machines and projects to optimize costs and negotiate effectively with vendors for discounts. - Setting completion dates for items on Bill of Materials (BOM) and communicating the same to relevant departments. - Developing and selecting vendors based on organizational requirements, negotiating technical details, and upgrading vendors for new technologies. - Managing both imported and domestic vendors for Pharma Machinery Material. - Planning and controlling raw material inventory as well as spare material inventory.
