Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our team at Blue Star. The Planning Engineer will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and monitoring project plans, ensuring timely execution and efficient resource allocation. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of project management principles.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and delays, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present project reports, highlighting key performance indicators and progress updates.
• Utilize project management software and tools to track and manage project data.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process optimization.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Proven experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Gantt charts, Critical Path Method).
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
