Minimum 15 years maintenance and turnaround experience in an oil and gas context with at least 10 years of experience in a turnaround planning management / senior role.
? Knowledge of the Oil and Gas Industry.
? Experience in turnaround planning practices.
? Planning and performance management.
? Experience leading multi-discipline and multi-nationalities teams.
? Communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to manage multiple priorities in a diversified and critical environment.
? Data analysis and report writing skills.
? Attention to details.
? Strong decision-making ability.
? Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
? Basic knowledge of Primavera.
? Proficient in verbal and written English.
Salary Range :UptoSAR 8000 Monthly
