Job Description

Develop, monitor, and update the project schedule in line with contract requirements and project progress.
Prepare baseline programs, revised schedules, and recovery plans using planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
Track project progress, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with project teams (engineering, procurement, construction, safety, and quality) to gather updates and integrate them into the schedule.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
Monitor resource allocation (manpower, materials, and equipment) and highlight shortages or excesses.
Conduct delay analysis, extension of time (EOT) claims, and support contract administration.
Assist in cash flow forecasting, budget planning, and cost control.
Identify potential risks to project timelines and propose mitigation strategies.
Support the project team in ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
