l Collaborate with NGOs, community leaders, educational institutions, manufacturing industries and government bodies to identify and engage potential candidates.
l Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, guardians, and employers.
l Keep detailed records of candidates educational background, profession, and income.
l esign and implement outreach campaigns to attract candidates from nearby institutions.
l Coordinate with employers for tie-ups and assist students with career guidance and placements.
l Travel locally to expand the network and candidate reach.
l Any other task/s assigned by the Reporting Manager
l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
l Basic proficiency in English.
l Experience in student engagement, data management, and placement coordination.
l Good working knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
l Proven skills in employer tie-ups and career guidance.
l Preferred experience in automotive, higher education, vocational training, or healthcare sectors.
