As a Placement Officer at CliniLaunch in Kudlugate, Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in assisting students enrolled in Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning courses to achieve their career goals. You will be responsible for providing career guidance, establishing connections with industry partners, and facilitating job placements for students. Your main responsibilities will include conducting counselling sessions for students on career options, resume building, and interview preparation. Additionally, you will organize workshops, job fairs, and networking events to connect students with potential employers in the cybersecurity and AI sectors. Collaborating with academic staff to align curriculum with industry requirements and staying updated on industry trends will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have a background in technology or cybersecurity and a minimum of 1 year of experience in career services, recruitment, or a related field, preferably within the tech sector. Familiarity with the cybersecurity and AI & ML industries will be advantageous. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in career services software and job platforms. By staying informed about industry developments, participating in professional development opportunities, and matching student skills with job openings effectively, you will contribute to the success of our students and strengthen our relationships with industry partners.
