Placement Coordinator

Applications invited from experienced professionals with high ownership and who can deliver results. Responsible for managing the placement process of students at the engineering college. This includes liaising with companies, organizing placement drives, preparing students for interviews, maintaining relationships with alumni, and enhancing the overall employability of graduates.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication, relationship management, and industry outreach skills
• Ability to coordinate campus drives and student engagement programs
• Organize workshops and training sessions to enhance students' soft skills and professional development
• Provide career counseling and guidance to students/candidates, assisting them with resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies
• Maintaining accurate records of student placements, internships, and other placement-related activities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Qualification:

Any Graduate / Postgraduate with 3-5 years of experience in placements.
