Placement and Volunteer Coordinator

We are looking for an energetic Placement & Volunteering Coordinator to connect students with job/internship opportunities and manage corporate and community volunteering programs. The role includes coordinating placement drives, conducting career counselling and employability workshops, and planning donor/volunteer engagement events. The candidate should have strong communication, networking, and organizational skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and multitask.

Key Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with companies for placements and internships.
• Organize placement drives, career sessions, and skill-building workshops.
• Plan and execute donor engagement events and volunteering activities.
• Coordinate with corporate partners, institutions, and stakeholders.
• Manage event logistics, communication, and volunteer deployment.
• Maintain placement and volunteer records, reports, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business, Education, Social Work, or related field.
• Strong communication, coordination, and networking skills.
• Experience in placements, recruitment, volunteering, or event management preferred.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
