Role Overview:

As the P&L Design Lead, you will be responsible for unit economics and scale up design of all supply types (elite, neo, lux) for the next 100 cities. These include TAM to supply choice, detailing potential and design of the various revenue - cost - capex units, and scale up design by city.

This role demands strategic thinking, market and consumer insighting, scenario modeling, revenue & cost delivery capability building, and an ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams through continuous iteration and scale. The role will also require the Lead to build a highly capable analytics and information system function for the 100 cities organization

Key Responsibilities:

• Unit Economics Design: Design and stress test the Unit Economics by supply type with TAM correlation including revenue streams, cost focus, and capex for both owned and franchise model.
• Scale Up: Plan scale-up from top down goals to bottom up detailed plan basis market & consumer insights. Own the cycle of annual (AOP) and quarterly planning.
• P&L Improvement: With every subsequent launch and scale up, design forward looking initiatives to continuously improve the P&L, including unit Economics Design & Improvement:
• Identify and implement revenue enhancement levers.
• Optimize capex and opex to drive efficiency and profitability.
• Identify scale efficiencies.
• Deep Analytics Capability: Build analytics capabilities to continuously track member usage behaviour and unit economics delivery on a weekly-monthly-quarterly basis.
• Daily Reporting: Own daily data sharing and reporting through MIS team.
