PIZZA MAKER

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Pizza Maker to join our kitchen team. As a Pizza Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards. Your role is essential in delivering an excellent dining experience to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Prepare pizza dough by mixing ingredients and kneading by hand or machine. Roll, stretch, and shape dough to desired thickness and size. Add toppings according to customer orders or preset recipes. Operate pizza ovens and monitor cooking times and temperatures. Ensure all pizzas are cooked and presented to the highest standard. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the food preparation area. Follow food safety regulations and kitchen protocols. Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed. Assist with inventory control and stock management. Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet customer demand efficiently. Greet and assist customers if working in an open kitchen or front-facing area. Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
