Create and validate piping stress models using CAESAR II for new and modified piping systems.
Perform stress analysis for thermal cycles, seismic loads, wind loads, support settlement, and relief valve actions.
Assess stresses, displacements, forces, and moments on restraints; verify piping loads against allowable limits.
Calculate nozzle flexibilities and perform flange leak-check assessments.
Select and specify spring hangers, expansion joints, and other supports; prepare related datasheets.
Maintain stress analysis reports and critical line lists.
Coordinate with layout and 3D modelling teams to resolve design clashes and routing issues.
Support continuous improvement of pipe support standards and practices.
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 7 years of proven experience in piping stress engineering.
Hands-on expertise in CAESAR II and piping stress analysis.
Knowledge of piping codes and standards (ASME, API, and other relevant standards).
Ability to interpret GA drawings, isometrics, MTO, support drawings, material specs, and line lists.
Experience in selection and specification of pipe supports, spring hangers, and expansion joints.
Good communication and coordination skills.
EPC project experience.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and 3D model review tools.
Exposure to data-centric project execution.
