Picker/Packer

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker and Packer to join our Aiv entrepreneurs . The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment while ensuring efficiency and maintaining the quality of products. Key Responsibilities: Order Picking: Accurately pick items from the warehouse shelves as per order requirements. Ensure proper handling of products to avoid damage during the picking process. Packing: Pack items securely and efficiently, following company guidelines. Label packages appropriately and ensure accurate documentation for dispatch. Inventory Management: Conduct periodic stock checks and notify supervisors of inventory discrepancies. Restock shelves as needed to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse. Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before packing. Report any quality issues to the supervisor immediately. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety and health protocols while handling products and equipment. Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., trolleys, forklifts) if certified, ensuring safe and proper use. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure timely order fulfillment. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse. Requirements: Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred. Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Basic knowledge of inventory software is a plus.
