Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. As a Picker at Instamart, you will be responsible for accurately collecting and assembling orders from the warehouse shelves. Your day-to-day tasks will include ensuring order accuracy, restocking shelves, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and coordinating with the team to meet delivery timelines.

Qualifications

Prior experience in order assembly, stock management, or warehousing
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects
High school diploma or equivalent
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
