Physiotherapy Lab Assistant

The job involves ensuring safety and compliance in the lab by following proper procedures and maintaining equipment. You will be responsible for managing the cleanliness and organization of the lab, including equipment. Additionally, you will monitor students during lab sessions, provide tutoring, and assist with skill development. Your role will also include assisting with data collection, documentation, and record-keeping. You will be required to help patients with exercises, transfers, and mobility aids under the supervision of a physiotherapist. This will involve preparing treatment areas, ensuring they are clean and organized, and documenting patient treatments, progress, and other pertinent information. Furthermore, you will help patients understand and follow instructions for exercises and other treatments. Effective communication with patients, faculty, and staff is an essential aspect of this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person.,
