Physiotherapy Facilitator / Trainer

As a Physiotherapy Facilitator at our organization, your primary role will be to teach and guide students enrolled in the Bachelor of Physiotherapy program. You will be responsible for imparting the right knowledge, practical skills, and confidence necessary for them to excel in the healthcare field. - Deliver Subject Knowledge Effectively: - Teach physiotherapy subjects such as anatomy, kinesiology, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy through both theory and practical sessions. - Use relatable examples and interactive methods to enhance understanding and student engagement. - Mentor and Guide Students: - Regularly track student performance and provide personalized guidance to address academic challenges and build motivation. - Offer timely interventions to support academic and behavioral growth. - Supportive Learning Environment: - Foster a positive, inclusive, and interactive classroom atmosphere that promotes open communication and participation. - Encourage feedback and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs. - Assessment and Progress Tracking: - Conduct assessments, maintain attendance records, and ensure consistent communication with the academic team for student progress updates. - Adhere to Academic Standards: - Uphold institutional policies, maintain training quality, and continuously work on self-improvement to enhance the learning experience for students. An Ideal Candidate Should Have: - Qualification: BPT or MPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy or Master of Physiotherapy). - Experience: Minimum of 2 years in teaching or working as a physiotherapist. - Skills: - Good communication skills. - Passion for teaching. - Friendly and patient demeanor with students. - Basic computer and tech skills. Technical Skills Required: - Skilled in demonstrating practical techniques such as patient assessment, use of therapy equipment, and rehabilitation exercises. - Knowledge about the machines and technology used in physiotherapy.
