Role Overview

We are looking for a Physiotherapist (Fresher) who is passionate about neuro rehabilitation and eager to learn in a patient-centered, team-based environment. The role involves working under the guidance of senior physiotherapists and other rehabilitation specialists, delivering therapy sessions, and developing the skills needed to manage patients with neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting physiotherapy assessments under supervision.
• Deliver therapy sessions for patients with neurological conditions, as guided by senior physiotherapists.
• Support in designing and implementing individualized treatment and exercise programs.
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately.
• Educate patients and caregivers on basic exercises, mobility techniques, and safe practices at home.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team (occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, doctors, social workers) to ensure integrated rehabilitation care.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and professionalism in therapy areas.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) from a recognized institution.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
• Interest in neurological and rehabilitation physiotherapy.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and willingness to work with patients and families.
• Ability to work in a team-based, learning-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
