Resident Physiotherapist — Fresher (0–1 year)

Job Description:
Entry-level physiotherapist skilled in assessing patient conditions, assisting in the development of treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic exercises under senior supervision. Supports rehabilitation goals for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and musculoskeletal conditions. Educates patients on exercise routines, posture correction, and lifestyle modifications to improve mobility, strength, and overall well-being. Maintains accurate documentation and assists with therapy equipment handling while adhering to safety and clinic standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preliminary assessment of patient mobility and pain areas
• Implement prescribed therapy exercises & treatments
• Monitor patient progress and document daily records
• Educate patients on home‐based exercises and postural care
• Assist senior physiotherapists in advanced treatment procedures
• Maintain clinic hygiene, equipment, and patient comfort

✅ Resident Physiotherapist — Experienced (1–5 years)

Location: Palghar/Boisar

Job Description:
Qualified physiotherapist experienced in independently evaluating patients, designing customized treatment plans, and administering physiotherapy techniques including manual therapy, electrotherapy, and exercise rehabilitation. Skilled in managing orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and sports injury cases. Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize recovery outcomes. Provides comprehensive patient education, tracks functional improvement, and contributes to preventive care programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed assessments, diagnoses, and functional evaluations
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on medical needs
• Deliver manual therapy, electrotherapy, therapeutic exercise & mobility training
• Track recovery progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Maintain accurate patient records & treatment outcomes
• Educate patients & caregivers on preventive care and lifestyle modifications
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses & rehabilitation professionals
• May supervise junior therapists or assistants

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
