Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Physics Faculty with excellent communication skills to teach students on a part-time basis. The candidate should be able to deliver engaging lessons, simplify complex concepts, and create an interactive learning environment to help students excel in Physics.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Physics classes (theory and practical) for PUC/Intermediate students.
• Develop and implement effective lesson plans aligned with the academic curriculum.
• Clarify core concepts and ensure students gain a strong foundation in Physics.
• Organize demonstrations/experiments to strengthen practical understanding.
• Track student performance and provide academic support where needed.
• Maintain discipline, motivation, and a positive classroom atmosphere.
• Encourage curiosity and problem-solving skills in students.

Work Schedule

• Days: Wednesday & Saturday only
• Duration: 4 hours per day

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Educational Qualification: M.Sc. (Physics) / B.Ed. / Equivalent degree in Physics or related field.
• Experience: Freshers with strong subject knowledge are welcome; teaching experience will be an added advantage.
• Skills:
• Strong subject knowledge and teaching ability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle both theory and practical sessions effectively.
• Classroom management and student engagement.

Key Requirements

• Should be an immediate joiner.
• Should be located in or willing to commute to Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bangalore.
• Passionate about teaching and guiding students.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 6 per week
