Job Description:

Future Foundation PU College, Basaveshwara Nagar, is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Part-Time Physics Faculty with a strong background in both theory and practical instruction. The ideal candidate should have experience in teaching 1st and 2nd PUC Physics as per the Karnataka State Board syllabus, and must demonstrate excellent subject knowledge, classroom management skills, and clear communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver well-structured and engaging Physics theory classes for 1st and 2nd PUC students.
• Conduct Physics practical sessions as per the PUC State Board syllabus and lab guidelines.
• Plan lessons effectively and ensure timely completion of syllabus with revision and test sessions.
• Prepare and evaluate assignments, class tests, and practical records to track student performance.
• Demonstrate and explain lab experiments, ensuring students understand concepts through hands-on learning.
• Maintain discipline and encourage curiosity and critical thinking among students.
• Provide additional academic support where needed, including clarifying doubts and guiding weaker students.
• Coordinate with the academic coordinator to update student progress and participate in faculty meetings if required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Ed. in Physics or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at PUC level (State Board syllabus preferred).
• Subject Expertise: Strong conceptual clarity in both Physics theory and practicals.
• Communication: Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English (and Kannada, if applicable).
• Other Skills: Effective time management, student engagement, and adaptability to part-time teaching hours.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with lab equipment and ability to manage Physics laboratory sessions confidently.
