As a Physician at HEAPS Health Solutions, you will play a crucial role in improving patient outcomes and enhancing the quality of care. HEAPS Health Solutions, a health-tech organization based in Bangalore, India, utilizes advanced Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning to revolutionize healthcare delivery and promote a Value-Based Care model. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Conducting post-discharge follow-up calls (teleconsultation) to evaluate patient recovery and track clinical progress. - Identifying early warning signs or red-flag symptoms to prevent complications or readmissions, and guiding patients accordingly. - Assessing patients' adherence to prescribed treatments and providing medical guidance within the scope of teleconsultation. - Determining the necessity for additional clinical services and referrals based on established guidelines. - Educating patients on risk reduction, lifestyle modifications, and self-care practices. - Collaborating with the Program Manager to identify clinical trends and enhance patient compliance. Your skills should encompass strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, effective communication, and experience in coordinating patient care through digital health platforms. The requirements for this role include: - Strong clinical communication and analytical abilities. - 2-4 years of experience in family medicine, internal medicine, emergency care, or community health. - MBBS qualification is mandatory, and additional certifications in relevant fields are advantageous. Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential, with Marathi being optional. The salary for this position ranges from 45,000 to 80,000 per month, with a fixed day shift from Monday to Saturday. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of clinical practice experience. This is a full-time, permanent position located in person at HEAPS Health Solutions' offices in Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, or Delhi.
