Bodhi Mind Care Hospital, a leading psychiatric facility in Coimbatore, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of our psychiatric team.
• Perform patient evaluations, including taking medical histories, conducting physical exams, and ordering diagnostic tests.
• Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients with various mental health conditions.
• Prescribe medication under the direction of a supervising psychiatrist and monitor patients' responses to treatment.
• Offer support and counseling to patients and their families regarding mental health issues and treatment plans.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Stay updated with advancements in psychiatric practices and participate in continuing education programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant studies or a related field.
• Valid Physician Assistant license in Tamil Nadu.
• Previous experience in psychiatry or mental health settings is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate approach to patient care.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in clinical tasks.
