We are looking for a skilled PHP & WordPress Developer to join our web development team at TelcoTech. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites and PHP-based web applications. You will work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality web solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet client requirements.
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient PHP code.
• Integrate and customize third-party APIs and services into WordPress websites.
• Ensure websites are responsive, secure, and optimized for performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website functionality, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with designers to implement responsive and visually appealing website layouts.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in WordPress development.
• Maintain and update existing WordPress websites and PHP applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in PHP and WordPress development.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development.
• Knowledge of website performance optimization and security best practices.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
