PHP & Wordpress Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and 2-3 years experienced PHP & WordPress Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of PHP back-end development and be highly proficient in customizing and developing WordPress themes and plugins. You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain dynamic websites and web applications using PHP and WordPress. Customize WordPress themes and plugins as per project requirements. Work with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO. Troubleshoot and resolve website and server issues. Conduct website performance tests and improve scalability. Manage all technical aspects of the CMS. Ensure high-performance and availability, managing all technical aspects of WordPress. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices. Requirements: Proven experience as a PHP Developer and WordPress Developer (minimum X years). Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Experience with custom WordPress theme and plugin development. Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg. Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations. Understanding of security and performance optimization. Knowledge of version control systems like Git. Familiarity with Woo Commerce (optional but preferred). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Nice to Have: Experience with other CMS platforms (e.g., Joomla, Drupal). Familiarity with Laravel or other PHP frameworks. Experience in deployment and DevOps tasks. Basic understanding of SEO best practices. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
