PHP TEAM LEADER

Role Overview: As a talented individual with a drive to create great websites, you will be responsible for coding, leading a team of 4-5 developers, and handling client communication for multiple projects. Key Responsibilities: - Understanding client requirements and functional specifications. - Designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing secure and scalable multi-tier web applications. - Demonstrating excellent knowledge and proficiency in PHP 5 programming based on MVC architecture. - Having strong expertise in PHP5, OOP, MySQL, AJAX, CSS, HTML/XHTML standards, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Prototype & Document Object Model, Linux, Web Services, Apache, MVC, and Code. - Possessing knowledge of Codeigniter or Zend or Cake PHP Frameworks. - Communicating effectively with overseas clients through mail and Skype. - Managing a team of 4-5 developers independently. - Being eager to learn new things and take up challenges.
